Within the shower, take a small handful of scrub and rub it in a circular motion on all desired areas. Rinse the body scrub thoroughly after.

Enjoy using it. No much difference for now but it cleanses well and makes my skin smooth.
I started using this three times a week and I was just looking for something gentle and natural for my sensitive skin, I’ve only used it for about 2 weeks (6 times total) I’ve seen a tiny bit of brightening and it exfoliates really well. It was also very moisturizing without clogging pores, and I really like that because most exfoliants are so drying.
